XTR will conduct chair drops at the exterior of the building to record deficiencies. The identified maintenance is recorded which would include quantified lineal feet of sealant failures, square footage of membrane repair, locations of concrete failures, and square footage of coating failures on walls / flashing repairs.   

A cost-effective way to stop water ingress through a concrete substrate, in areas that cannot
be accessed and require costly removal of landscaping. The method requires drilling holes in the
concrete, and installing mechanical ports distanced based on the concrete thickness. Attach a
mechanical pump to a port and inject the crack or void with a moisture-activated semi-flexible foam by
Sealboss. This application is used in various applications, including leak repairs at pipes, electrical boxes,
below-grade cracks in walls, and cracks in suspended slabs above parkades, and landscaping.

Removal and repair of spalling concrete on a parkade surface, ceiling, or exterior of a
tower or building. The repair is determined based on a square foot measurement of area. Depending on
the extent of repair, with or without rebar replacement, access and scope of work will determine the
cost. The most important part of the repair is the cleaning and preparation of areas to receive new
concrete. XTR uses a cyclone machine to clean the rebar and concrete surface by blasting the surface at
high pressure with oxide chips it has a self-recovery system with HEPA filters to protect the area of work.

This is the installation of a membrane, coating, or roofing system over a concrete or
wood structure to prevent water ingress into the substrate or building. Various materials can be applied
to a concrete surface or wood substrate to prevent water ingress. XTR only applies approved liquid membranes as per the consultants specifications.
